Hi,
I plan to deploy this piece of software (webexplorer server) in my intranet. It will be open for viewing by 2000 users.
Is there a way to configure this software so that the end users will not be required to provide ID and password to view the files in the folders?
Kindly assist...

More updates:
I would like it to be separated to 2 major groups:
1) admin
2) public
Admin would be the one that carries out the upload, download, create and delete folders. ID and password will be required here.
Public (Intranet users) would be the end users, to view/search the files they like without having to provide any user ID and password.
I have read through the forum and the basic requirements in web explorer server, and find that ID and password is required to log in.
Therefore, is there a way that i can do to use cookies, redirection for the end users to bypass the authentication and to view the content of the files?
Of course, public will not have the rights to edit/delete/rename those files.
Kindly assist,

Hi Chin,
I have added a new feature for you; you can log into WebExplorer Server automatically with a simple URL from now on:
login.asp?auto=username
However, only the users who have passwords same as their user names can be used with this method.
So for your case,
1. Admin view: Use an administrator or super administrator account to log in as usual.
2. Public view: Create an account preferably named "public" and set the password to "public" too. Assign the required permissions and accessible folders for this user. Then provide a link for your visitors such as "login.asp?auto=public", you will be all set.
