adding db logging?

Using the Lite version - great stuff, basically what I'm looking for, but was wondering if there's an easy way to log user information (name, date, time, etc.) to a db when a file is either uploaded or deleted, so that I can go back and see who added what and when (or deleted what and when).  Nothing too elaborate, just simple logging.

Any suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

If you know ASP then it is quite easy to just pop a line in that adds an entry into a table.
