Do you have anonymous access enabled for that directory?

Hi Kedrin,
"No web access" means that the folder you are navigating within, is not open to the web, i.e you can't access the folder by writing a URL in the address bar.
A folder open to the web is either a folder under your web root (c:\inetpub\wwwroot as default) or a virtual folder, i.e. you should create a IIS alias pointing to the actual physical folder (eg. alias "somefolder" points to "c:\folder1\folder2" and you can access the folder by writing "www.yoursite.com/somefolder" in the address bar).
By the way, you don't need to turn on "Directory Browsing" option. Also this is not about setting a virtual folder for WebExplorer Pro itself, you should set virtual folders for the folders in your access list indeed.

The folders are visable by typing the url in the address bar i can browse all directories from IE and any other browser. Everything is set exectly as it was using the free version that worked perfectly. Removing the files and setting up the pro version now gives me no web access.
