Removing additional nav items

Hi,

Is there any easy way to remove additional nav items (cut copy delete) for users that do not have those rights in a given group?  I think it just confuses the issue when the user is only able to download.

Just wanted to follow up on this note.. I found out how to hide the buttons I didn't want visible based on security.

The users already get warning messages when they don't have enough permissions, I have sent you an email on this issue.
