uploads

 I cannot upload files larger than 200kb. I get this response: 

"is uploaded 
B ( bytes) written 
Content type:" 

what could be the problem? Someone else (Bryan)posted this same problem and he was told to look at recent post for the solution. Unfortunately I was not able to locate any solutions. I am a novice when it comes to scripts and servers. Is there anyone out there that can explain this to me in laymens terms. Is there something that I should ask my webhosting company to check? also, I change the server timeout in the config.asp file to 14400 and it is still not working.
