aspSmartUpload

I am having a problem with using aspSmartUpload.  I know the component is installed because I have other web applications that use the component.  However, I get this for an error when trying to use it with WexPro

File Transfer Plugin Error:
Plugin cannot be initialized. Please make sure that the components required by the plugin is installed on the server.

Please help?

Well....it's nice to know that there is great support for this product.

Especially since I posted this question/problem almost 3 weeks ago, and still have yet to get an answer...good product, but poor support makes for bad business...

Regarding your question:
This is an error message of WebExplorer Lite and NOT Pro version. Lite version doesn't come with a plugin for aspSmartUpload indeed. However, it is available with the Pro version and you can choose the plugin on the preferences page.
