Is any restrictions on the user number or group number that could be supported on the server?
What is the upload file size limit? Any restrictions on each file size of the multifile uploading?
The above figure is important to our company whether we could use your product. Hopefully to get the response soon.

In current version, there is no size limit on file upload. I am now working on the new version supporting quota management which means that you can customize limits for each user and group.
I will release it very soon.

What is the max user number and max group number I could configure? Any restrictions?

There is no restrictions on the number of users and groups. For only $300 you can have unlimited number of users and groups. Currently an access database is used for holding user and group information but I am working on adding MSSQL support for maximum speed and efficiency.
