file can not be written error

Hello:

I am getting a file can not be written error.

The dir privilages are set to read write exec

I sent the program requirements to my site host(reply below)

We would like to inform you that we fully support Microsoft Windows Script 5.1+ andMicrosoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.5+ 

I am very new at this and don't know what to do next.
Any help would be appreciated.
