Super ... but ??

Hello and thanks a lot for this great software .. you saved my life.
For the history : we have around 1000 students, 90% on Mac OS X ... I would replace their actual FTP acces by WexLite and so far it seems to work without mayor PB.
Only :
- is there a way to upload or download an entire foler and its content at once, not just file by file ???
- is there a way to show the user what is happening during upload .. especially if you upload large files (200 or more megs) ?

I've been working on this for a couple of days and can't come up with anything yet.  If anyone has a suggestion, I'd appreciate it!
