Where can i host my site 
so that the webExplorer to work

You can use it on any host, only requirements are:
1. Write permission for the folder in which WebExplorer resides so that WebExplorer can write the password file.
2. Determining the root folder. The root folder will be "/" for most servers but for example brinkster.com requires "/username" for root folder.
