multi server environment

Help guys!!!

I have two servers
- 1 Windows 2003 web server
- 1 Linux file server

How can this software be setup to run under this environment? Or do you have any suggestions/advice ?

If you can access folders on the Linux server from the Windows server without problems then the application should work too. You can then assign the service folders of the application to the shared network folders.
