Filename With Space

I did not see this discussed anywhere, so I thought I would ask...

I have 2 questions:

1 What is the functional difference between clicking on the filename and clicking on the "Browse File" icon? They seem to have entirely different links.

2) With FireFox clicking on the file name does not work corectly with any filename with spaces in it. Any plans on fixing this? Or pointing me where to look to fix this?
