Hiding file entitled index.asp

I've tinkered with the settings in "monitoredExtensions" and "denyMonitored" and I cannot get the app to hide the file index.asp from being displayed.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi Ashley,

   The settings you are changing are for permissions for certain types of files during upload/dowload/change...I think...If the file is on the server, you are going to see it.
