4MB and over is very slow

Hello,

I love WebExplorer Lite and it have good style designed.  The problem is... when I want to download something which is over 4MB and it take forever to get the download dialog show to click save or open... I click small below 4MB and it very quick... I'm run Windows 2003 Standard with latest IIS6
