large upload w/o server access

Hi everyone, 

I know this question has been asked before, but through all the searching I've done in this forum, I've never seen an answer to this part of the question, which is,

is it possible to modify/swap the asp code, so that people like myself who can't access any of the IIS stuff (as I'm running this with an ISP who isn't about to change anything IIS related for me) to allow large file uploads?

the best I've been able to do is about 10meg, and that's just not good enough, as I really need to be able to upload files at least 50meg in size.

Short of switching hosts, is there some other workaround? (and yes, I have tried upping the server timeout limit, which hasn't helped)
