Upload Multiple Files

So, if i need to upload multiple files at the same time (maybe use aspsmart upload), I need to buy the web explorer pro, correct ? I just wanted to make sure before i buy it that it will support multiple uploads with aspsmartupload.

Also, Is there a way to upload an entire folder ?
