All directories not listed

This is a great app, but for some reason I am only able to display a maximum 40 directories. 

I have 40 high level directories with at least 5 sub directories under each. The sub directories show up OK, but the parent level, which should be 51, only shows 40 parent directories.

Is this a limitation?

Sorry for the duplicate posts. There seems to be an issue with the window resizing when the directory structure exceeds a defined area. Is there a way to add scroll bars?

OK... I just fixed my own problem, so sorry! The problem was with an iframe I was using to view the application.
