Change File Permissions using webexplorer

Hello,

Nice  code you have there and i need the same thing ... simple and easy BUT there is one thing missin or i am ..

I want users to be able to change File permissions remotely from this tool is it possible ? or is it even possible to do such a thing from other codes , any ?..
