Minimum unused period

When I edit the "Minimum unused period" field to "3" and then click apply, the page reloads with "1" in the field. What am I doing wrong?

Actually, it's not a permanent setting. It's a manual maintenance tool, i.e when you click "Delete unused accounts" it removes the accounts that are not used for the entered period.
