Can you please send me the technical documentation for your product or post a PDF on the support page? We cannot understand the instructions posted on the site for custom directories, directory permissions and several other WebExplorer Server features. We want to be up and running in a couple weeks and it has been difficult getting answers to our questions.

I am sending you a small documentation about the product. Actually it's targeted for end-users more than administrators but it may help you understand the features. Other than that setup instructions should be enough for you to go, also make sure that you have read the logic about directories, users and permissions on the product page.
