This seems like a great tool to use, and almost perfect for our needs.
However I am having trouble setting up.
I have extracted the files to a server, then created a virtual folder and pointed it to that location. If I open the browser and try http://servername/foldername nothign comes up. If I type the exact name of the readme.txt, or even the exact names of some of the files in /images if will find it no problem. If I try defaul.asp or config.asp it does not work (404 error)
Any suggestions?

Help. I'm also encountering the exact same problem. I have upped the privileges on the directory to no avail. I am getting the error message
‘HTTP/1.1 New Application Failed.’

Found it. This is a priv. problem. The privs need to be upped at the time of creations or the IIS server needs to be restarted.
Cool App. Thanks.
