Commerical Use?

I think that this program is great!
I would like to modify it and use it as part of a free hosting service.  I will use banners for revenue to support the maintaince of the server.  Is this considered commerial use?

What if we use the script at a company for file sharing with other people? For example, the attachment is too big to send via e-mail, so we allow an employee to upload it to the web site and another person with a password can download it.

You can use it for that purpose as it's not really commercial.
