Even on the demo I'm unable to download files. I've implemented it on my server and it works great, but the only problem is I can't download any of the files I upload. Try it and see.

I
intentionally disabled IIS read permission on the testing folder for security reasons.
That's why you can't download files with WebExplorer Free but WebExplorer
Pro can download files although there is no IIS read permission.
