Can you tell me more concerning the definition of 'Open Source'.
Can you explain me which are the advantages of ordering the 'Open Source' version ? (all code is written in ASP and will run locally on our server, no ?, so what are the advantages ?

The general license provides you a full working application but the source code is encrypted. You can't modify it, you can only modify the HTML parts for changing layout/display. However the source code license will provide you all open source code which will enable you to customize the application for your needs. The altered version can be used only for your/your company's needs and redistribution of the altered product is forbidden.
