WebEx on SSL -Session Prob

 have setup webex lite on a secure server, using SSL. 

What I'm wondering is this: since people are using this over a secure port, does that mean when the upload feature of webex is used to upload files, that those files are being transmitted securely as well? i.e. They are being encrypted, transmitted, and decrypted much the same way as form information is? 

I'm trying to find a more secure file uploading solution to replace our FTP server, because we are uploading sensitive data.

forget to write that after login and when try to access any folder or upload file i get message 
"session is destroyed relogin"  and some time refreshing the page it works for one time and again second time display this message

I am also getting the same error message when I tried to upload files. "session is destroyed relogin" why is this hapenning ?
