Web Access with PWS

i have no webaccess with pws. what can i do ?
and
i can't upload big files ? Why ?

Please look at the related threads below for "no web access" message.
The script uploading is not as efficient as component uploading. You would also be able to upload big files but it would take too much time. Try increasing script timeout value at the top of the script.
