Using the latest version, files larger than 14 MB
fails to download. when clicking on the file, it
opens up the download window, and then
disappears. Using the older version with netscape,
it works fine. any ideas?

The download window closes itself after waiting for 5 seconds. If the connection is a bit slow, the download may not start within 5 seconds thus the download window closes itself. I increased the timeout value and I sent you the updated file via email.

I work with Jonathan. The old 1.0 version works fine with large files, but the 2.0 version does not. It seems to fail on files over 30 MB or so. Can you please test to see if you can re-create this error? The code you sent jonathan did not fix the problem. Thankyou

Hi Jeff,
I think this is a simple problem caused by the popup window for downloading.
It's required to start download in a new window and some customers didn't want that window to stay open so I added a countdown for closing it after it finishes its job. But I see that this countdown is too low for some cases. So I removed it for you. I will try to find a better solution.
I have sent you the updated file via email. Please give me feedback.
