Upload to database

Is there an option to upload files and/or create directories in database instead of file system?

Unfortunately, using a database as a file system is not possible with the control.

Do you expose any events? such as beforeaction, afteraction such that we know what kind of action is being performed on which file. 

If not, are there any plans or roadmap?

Yes, we can make the control API flexible in the future but I can't give a time estimate now.

We need to log file activity. Currently we are using FileMon to write activity to SQL Log. Ideally you would expose those events from your FileVista control. If there is already a way to do this, please let me know.

We are woking on this feature and it may be ready for the next version.

This is an old discussion, we are considering purchasing this product, but only can do so if it is possible to store the files in a database instead of on disc. Is this feature available yet?
