Files not visible after login

I am using FileVista 2.7

Now we have a strange problem of disapering files after a new login with the same user. The first time you see the files and you can download the files. The second login You only see a empty rootfolder. 

This seems like an effect caused by an external software, do you have some kind of security sotware running on the same server?

It would be good if you provide me an url to your installation and crendentials via email.

This is a normal user and have about 5 file in the folder. Strange is that if i use Firefox it's about 3 time loggin before losing the rights in the folder.
