Tar Extension

I want to store my files and directories in a Tar file or a Zip file which adjust on Fastest mode. I need it because sometimes there are a lot of files and I do not want to spend my time on their compression and I want to download them as a one file immediately.

Thanks for the suggestion, it may be good to allow fast compression mode for some cases. I will let you know.
