File in use by another process

My user has full rights to a folder through FileVista and can upload files without a problem. But when he tries to rename or delete them, he gets:
"The process cannot access the file '.....' because it is being used by another process."

Any idea what the cause is?

The issue fixed itself. No problem today renaming or deleting files.
