Unable to Delete Files

I am unable to delete files. I can upload them and write to them, but can't delete. Suggestions?

Probably NTFS "Delete" permission is disabled. The permissions of your service folder should be as follows:

NTFS -> IUSR_MACHINENAME - Change
IIS -> Read
