FileVistaControl breaks regular HTML upload contro

I neede to create an additional page with regular "file upload" control and page gets broken with error message:

[NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.]

Please help.
 

I guess you are using an older version of the control, please test with the latest version and let me know.

Our version shows 2.0.0 and date 10/24/2007

Can you send me latest one(s) and instructions how to upgrade please.
