Some of our users are experiencing behavior where the control doesn't instantiate on visit. If they press the back button and then forward button it works. Anyone else seen this?

Still experiencing the problem. It appears to be an issue with getting stuck trying to load a graphic.

Do you have any corrupted images in your host page or any JS code that may give an error and thus stop the execution of JS codes of the control and prevent it from loading?

I have a PNG and some transparent png in IE js code. I will try removing the transparent png code and retest.
