I wasn't totally sold on your software when we first purchased it, especially not being able to talk to someone on the phone for support. I have been pleasantly pleased with all the added features and functionality. It is very easy to setup and management is simple. I have also been very happy with your support. You have answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner. thank you for making me a believer in your software : )
