Access Denied.

Hi.. 

i downloaded the FileVista .. ran the setup.. and then copy and paste the FileVista folder into my C:\Inetpub\wwwroot 

typed localhost/FileVista  in the ie address bar and i got a 403 error.
You are not authorized to view this page

and on Firefox i got this->
Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

please advise

i noticed now that when i tried to install the package it gave an error.. it did not install

The installer was interrupted before the FileVista could be installed. you need to restart the installer to try again. 

click close to exit. 

i did try again but it keeps giving this error.

Hi Osama,
The installer may fail due to permission issues or disabled IIS features. I guess you are using IIS7.
Please make sure that you have the optional "IIS 6 Management Compatibility" option installed within IIS7.  This installs an API for the new configuration system that is compatible with the old Metabase APIs which FileVista installer uses. You can select this using the "Turn Windows Features on or Off" option in the Control Panel, see the screenshot.
