File download blocked by firewall?

Hi there,

I am evalulating your product and it looks brilliant. Unfortunately we have a firewall issue of some sort.

When we are VPNed at a client, and we try to loop back and login to our filevista site, navigate to a directory, and double-click on a file to download it, we get the following error:

Internet Explorer cannot download ... from <url>.

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
---
If we just create a simple html page with a hyperlink to the file and right click on the hyperlink and select save-as, we can access the file. 

Any thoughts on what we could try? Thanks in advance.
