set relative path

When I try to login to the application, the login button points to the absolute path of the files (church/images/test/default.asp) where church is my root folder on the IIS server.  The login button should point to /images/test/default.asp 

Does anyone know what line to edit and inwhich file(s)so I can set the path to "http://website" ?
