HTTP 500 error after uploading

Uploading files using FileVista Control appears to work (i.e., files are actually  uploading), but at the end of the upload, the FileVista status/progress dialog box indicates "Status: Error Occured" as well as the server sending "An Error Occured: 500".

Any solutions for this?

Check your server log to see what the error says.  This is definitely a server configuration problem.  

As it turns out, the problem & solution are the same as in this thread:

We applied SP1 to the .NET Framework and the error went away.
