I can't seem to be able to download, name,
or copy files. I am using WebExplorer Pro 2.0
Is there a tutorial any where that can help
an inexperienced user?

This should be a browser problem. WebExplorer Pro is designed for IE 5+ so it will not work properly with Netscape.
Currently there is no tutorial but don't hesitate to request any help.
