Future Functionality

I had a request from one of our users in the field to add the functionality of a hot link for the lack of a better term.  The user could right click on a file and create a URL link and set a password on this link before sending it to their customer.  This way the customer could open the link and start downloading this one file.  The customer then would not need a account login.

Has there been any intrest from others in this area?
