Errors upgrading from 2.8 to 3.2

I have purchased a license for 3.2 and am trying to upgrade from 2.8 . I am following the posted upgraded procedures. But while running upgrade.aspx (after entering the new license number), I get:

ERROR - The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.

Any suggestions on how I should proceed?

I recommend you to upgrade directly to the latest version which is v3.5. If you still have problems, send us your current access database (FileVista\App_Data\database\FileVista.mdb) so that we update the database structure.
