Wish List: Icon, Disabling Objects, Notify Events

Hi guys.
After working on FileVista for about a month I would like to request some new features:

(1) Allow Administrators to disable a Group or a Folder (i.e. making it off-line). This allow administrator to make off-line a single resource/group for mainantenance.

(2) Usage of specific icons for disabled objects (disabled user, disabled group, disabled folder).

(3) Implementing a message system base on e-mail (SMTP) and events. For example: when the event "a new file has been uploaded for object X, by user Y" send an e-mail to Z using template W.
