The download.asp file does not work when I try to open a file. I need this to work as it is a key feature of the system. Do you have a fix.

What's the exact problem? Do you get any error messages?
If you are using "wexupload.asp" as upload/download plugin then make sure
that MDAC 2.5+ is installed on the server.
