Just to let you know that the upgrade to v3.5 from 3.2 went smoothly. I did a manual upgrade.
Just one hitch. Add a comment to step 7 of the upgrade to change the UpdateComplete key to 0 in FileVista.config to be able to run the update wizard.

I also just upgraded tonight but ran acrossed a error that I probably caused but hoping to get out of it without a full reinstall.
The Error is:
"The given key is not present in the directory"
This happens when attempting to login. So can't get into the system. I did the manual upgrade as instructucted but seems I missed something since it worked for you with no issue. Any ideas?

Thanks, you are right we missed that point but at least the update wizard will tell you about this when run so I hope other customers would figure it out easily.

I answered your question in the other thread. In your case it seems you have tried to login before running the update wizard.
