Upload not working on Mac

Following the installation of the fix to resolve the upload problems caused by Flash 10.0.12.36 we are now unable upload on Macs. The fault exists with Firefox and has been reported to us as also affecting Safari and IE.

We can select a file using the Mac interface for upload. The file is then listed in the FileVista dialog box. After selecting upload, the progress dialog box appears with the text 'Upload started.', but all the other fields are blank. The 'cancel' button does not work. No file is uploaded and the dialog box has to be forcibly closed.

Please advise how this problem may be resolved.

Please update your version to v3.5 because it includes the most recent fix for Firefox.

Thanks for the advice. I have upgraded to 3.5 and the problem has been resolved.
