Hi,
Have you tried uninstalling Norton Antivirus completely? That's way, we can make sure that your problem is caused by Norton Antivirus. I have heard that even disabling "script blocking" didn't work for some users.

Yes. script blocking is stopping it. Disable it and it will be fine.

I have the same problem. I disabled script blocking, but it continued to just hang after I clicked Login. I also tried disabling Norton Antivirus completely and it still didn't work. It seemed to start working after I clicked "Unload" in the IIS virtual directory. Script blocking is still off for me, unfortunately.
Is there any way to have this product work with Norton script blocking on?
Thanks,
Chris

This is not a problem caused by WebExplorer products. The problem is that NAV is not supported in a network environment, please see
here.
