Does FileVista support WebDav? (to access like web folders)
We are testing the trial to see if the application cover our needs but I'm unable to create more users.
I know that is limited to 5 but in our case we only have 2 groups (the default one: Administrators, and 1 created by us) and 3 users (the default one: admin, and 2 created by us).
Could it be possible to try at least 7 users and 3 groups? Because we want to test a configuration with a general admin, 2 subadmins and 2 users created for each subadmin.

Actually FileVista is just another method for accessing remote folders like WebDav or FTP. So if your WebDav folder is actually on the server (or on the same network), you would already access it with FileVista by using its local path. This is because your WebDav folder is remote to your user who connects with his browser but local to FileVista which runs on the server. I guess WebDav is useful when there is no web application like FileVista on your server and you want to access the folder via direct URL in your browser.
The trial version is fully functional but it allows maximum 3 users. I will provide you a temporary license to do your tests.

You are right about WebDav but I would try to explain my question.
Using WebDav, I can create a network place linked to a remote folder. In that way, I can open this network place locally and copy, paste, cut, create, open, delete, ... files/folders remotely using the windows explorer instead a web browser.
In order to do the same with FileView, it should support WebDav.
I could like to use the browser access to FileView for administration (create root folders, users, assign rights, ....) but a web folder access for the windows users (they will open the remote FileView folder as a local folder with the same tool: windows explorer).

Enrique,
FileVista is a web-based application so you can't access FileVista folders with Windows Explorer, you need a web browser.
You may consider using FileVista along with WebDav so that both browser and desktop users can access your folders.

I don't think is a good idea because as FileVista doesn't support WebDav, their user rights are not applied to the web folders, and this will suppose to manage identical user rights under both systems/applications.
