What is the procedure for obtaining upgrades?

We have a licenced version 3.x of FileVista and have run into the Flash 10 download problem. I see lots of postings that version 3.5 is the fix for this, but cannot find anywhere as to how we get a hold of the upgrade...

Is there a link or email address I'm missing on this?

We send notification emails when we release new versions. I guess you did not receive the email for v3.5 release.
I have sent you information on howto upgrade via email.

We did not get any notification about it. I Just came to the forum when the problem started showing up and found the posts referring to it.

I didn't seem to get an email either, I'm trying to upgrade from 3.2.4 and I'm at a loss.

Actually, you had replied to the original notification email with subject "FileVista version 3.5 is released" on 11/6/2008.

I guess you have lost the email, I am resending it now.
