3.5 upgrade wizard not functional

I followed the FileVista Upgrade instructions just fine all the way down to item 7. "Run the update wizard page..."

When I try to run the update wizard, it first loads raw code, then when I reload the page, a screen comes up that tells me to manually set the "UpdateComplete key to 0 in App_Data\FileVista.config." Problem is, there is no such key in that location, I am upgrading from v3.2.4.0. There is a "IsConfigurationComplete" key, which I have set to 0 and 1 with similar results.

Please help.

I found a thread (by searching for UpdateComplete) that tells me how to add a new key to FileVista.config. I have done that, and I am still unable to access the update wizard from a browser.

Hi Gordon,
If you send me your the original files you backed up in step 3 (FileVista\App_Data\database\FileVista.mdb and FileVista\App_Data\FileVista.config), I can do the update and send you back the updated installation.
